This orchard, located relatively close to Montreal, reminds me of my grandparents’ little piece of land, where we grew pretty much anything we could. I can tell you exactly how much we had: 600 sq m. Not much, compared to this orchard of at least a dozen acres, but I guess I kept the best of it in memory.

The best part of being out of town for me is definitely the absence of light pollution. At night, I’d go out and watch the starry sky. Even though I’m not into astronomy, I love the stars and the feeling you get looking into infinity…
